In order to provide the User with an understanding of their rights and responsibilities, as well as the terms and conditions governing the acquisition, use, processing, and disclosure of their PII, the conference hereby publishes this Privacy Statement. As the processing of the PII defined herein is essential for the conference to provide website services to the User, the conference reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any User who declines to accept this Privacy Policy and any subsequent amendments. The relevant User’s continued use of the website shall constitute perpetual acceptance and agreement with the Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement is subject to change or revision by the conference at any time in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to reflect any modifications to the website. Any modifications or updates shall take effect immediately after they are published on the website.

Collection of Information

We collect information directly from you when you register for our conference, fill out forms, or communicate with us. The information we collect may include:

  • Directly Identifiable PII such as name and surname
  • Contact information such as email address, mailing address, and phone number
  • Payment information such as payment transaction details
  • Transactional data, such as username-password and transaction logs, transaction numbers, and history of User transactions and service usage, including preferences and interests gathered from transactional behavior
  • Technical PII such as IP address, service usage information, and web browser status and settings used to connect to the website.

The conference collects and stores the PII of each relevant User for defined purposes for as long as the User is registered on the website and for six months after the conference’s completion, unless otherwise defined by relevant laws and regulations. The storage of PII after User termination is necessary for the legitimate interests of the conference in any legal proceedings that may be initiated against the relevant User.
