For Presenters and participants
1. To be eligible for the early bird rate, the registration payments must be paid before May 15^th, 2024, at 23:59 hrs. (GMT +7).
2. For the regular rate, registration payments made between May 16^th and May 31^st, 2024, at 23.59 hrs. (GMT +7) are subject to the regular rate.
3. Presenters are required to make payment as specified under the table of Registration Fees for Presenters and Participants to secure the presentation slot.
4. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. The registration fee includes a two-day pass to the conference sessions, conference souvenirs, lunches and refreshments, electronic conference materials, and electronic certificates.
